The latest technology offers a service called ‘Voice system over your Internet Protocol’ (VoIP). This system allows you to run your phone over your broadband connection. In other words, you can use your internet connection for your telephone through a VoIP router which is plugged into your broadband connection.

Pro-IT will talk to your existing provider so that your numbers are transferred to them and all incoming calls are then directed to a reputable VoIP Company. Your VoIP Company will then send all incoming calls down your broadband connection. All outgoing calls are sent up via your broadband connection and are also connected to the phone network. It’s as simple as that!

So what does this mean to you? Firstly, you stop renting a landline. You only need one connection and that is your broadband connection.
